We bill by the time it takes, as an hourly rate or a fixed weekly retainer. You pay for the work that gets done. That keeps costs predictable across several roles and gives us the room to tell you openly when the market for a profile is thin right now. A senior search typically takes around 60 hours of work. We set the concrete price together in the first call.
You remain the employer. You make the selection and the hire, and the contract runs between you and the person. Applications come straight to you, you run the final interviews yourself, and you close the contract on your own. Your pipeline, candidate data, and process knowledge sit with you and stay with you, even after the mandate ends.

Billed by the time it takes
We charge for the hours we put into your mandate, as an hourly rate or a fixed weekly retainer. This keeps the price independent of the role's salary level and keeps it predictable and transparent across several searches. When the right profile is not out there yet, we tell you so openly.
In your name, in your tools
To the outside world, you remain the sender. The job posting, outreach, shortlisting, and first interviews all run through your system and under your brand. We work in the background, and the process and the knowledge stay with you.
A weekly report on every mandate
Each week you see the status of each role, where the interviews stand, and how many hours have gone into the work. The invoice reflects exactly what you have already followed in the reports.
Small and directly reachable
Throughout the engagement you speak with the people who actually handle your mandate, from the first call to handover. Short paths, fixed points of contact, clear ownership.
