We tell you openly whether and how we can help, what level of effort to expect, and where our limits are. If the volume is small, we say so in the conversation. You decide at your own pace, and there is no rush on the contract until the timing works for you.
We sharpen the profile and the scope
We define which steps we take on and which stay with you, and we plug into your tools so applications flow straight to you. In the briefing we work out what makes a strong profile: requirements, the salary range, the points that really matter. The sharper this part, the more on target the profiles you see later. We put the framework in writing, including the billing model and the period.
We handle the posting, the outreach, and the shortlist
We write the job ad, publish it, and reach out to suitable candidates through Active Sourcing, all in your company's name. We review the incoming applications, build the shortlist against your criteria, and run the first interviews. Clean rejections and replies run alongside. You can see the pipeline in your own system at any time, in real time.
You see where the process stands every week
Every week, a clear status: how many profiles are in which stage, what comes next, and how many hours have gone in. You steer on this basis, refine the profile, or adjust the pace as the situation calls for it. Changes to the scope are possible at any time, while the term stays limited to the agreed period.
You run the final interviews and hire directly
We hand you the profiles that genuinely fit, with notes from the first interviews. You run the final interviews and make the decision, and the employment contract runs directly between you and the candidate. The pipeline, candidate data, and the knowledge gained during the mandate stay with you, even after the last day. You keep full control of your data.
You stay in control at every step
A mandate is built to be predictable. Before we begin, it is clear which steps we take on and which stay with you. Every application appears in your own system, in real time. To the outside world, we act as your recruiting team, under your name.
The hiring decision is always yours. You remain the employer. You make the selection and extend the offer, and the contract runs between you and the candidate. The applications and all data stay with you.
