Job ads that bring in the right applications, and a clear process all the way to the hire.

We write your job ads so the right people get in touch, choose the channels where your audience actually is, and set up a clear process from the first reply to the rejection. In your name and in your style.

Job ads and candidate experience

What we actually do

We write your job ads so the right people read them to the end and reach out. Concrete responsibilities, honest detail on salary range, hours and location, and a title the market actually searches for. The copy, the tone and the application channels all run under your company and in your style. Your business is the one out front.

We choose the channels where your audience genuinely spends its time and set up the candidate experience so the process stays clear for applicants: a first reply within a few days, defined steps, and rejections that arrive respectfully and on time.

A typical case

A specialist role has been open for weeks and the team is already stretched thin. The ad brings in a handful of applications, but replies take time and the process drags on.

We rework the title and the copy, post on the right channels and set up a clear process with fixed response times. You get more of the right applications, the process moves quickly, and your time-to-hire comes down. Your reputation as an employer stays strong, because even a rejection leaves an impression.

When this service makes sense

It makes sense when you want more of the right applicants from your ads, when you want the process after the first interview to run more smoothly, or when your team could use a hand with replies and rejections.

You can book this service on its own, say just to write and post individual roles, or as a fixed part of an RPO or interim engagement. In an RPO engagement we run the whole process, including screening and shortlisting. Here we focus on the copy, the channels and the process. The know-how stays with you: the templates, the channel knowledge and the reworked process are yours to keep afterward.

Your setup and how we bill

You remain the employer. You make the call and do the hiring, and the contract runs between you and the person. The applications and all the data stay with you, in your system. We work on the copy, the channels and the process.

We bill on a time basis, either an hourly rate or a fixed weekly retainer. We set the actual price on our first call. Writing and posting a single role takes fewer hours than an ongoing engagement. We build no pool of our own and we keep no data.

Common questions.

Do you write the ads in our name and style?
Yes. The copy, the tone and the application channels all run under your company and in your style. To the outside world, your business is the name people see. The applications come straight to you.
Do you work on the ad, or on the selection too?
With this service we work on the ad, the channels and the process. You make the call and decide, and you sign the employment contract directly with the person. We bill on a time basis.
How does billing work, and what does a typical engagement cost?
On a time basis, as an hourly rate or a fixed weekly retainer, depending on scope. Writing and posting a single role takes fewer hours than an ongoing engagement. We set the actual price on our first call.
What do you need from us to make it work well?
A short briefing on the role and quick replies on the applications. We set up the ad, the channels and the process, and you make the call on who to hire. Clear response times keep things moving.
