How we bill
We bill by effort, either as an hourly rate or a fixed weekly retainer. We set the specific price in the first call, predictable and transparent. You pay for the work of the search and the outreach, and the result is a shortlist that belongs to you.
What stays with you
You remain the employer. You make the selection and the hire, and the contract is between you and the person. The contacts and all data from the search stay in your systems.
