What we take on, in concrete terms

You book the full process for one or several roles, from the first sharpening of the brief to the handover to your team. Together we define the role profile, write the job ad, and place it where your target audience spends its time. We reach out directly to the right profiles. To the outside world, your company is the one in front.

We review incoming applications, complete the pre-selection by your criteria, and run the first interviews. We coordinate the later interviews with your team, handle declines with care, and keep every phase clearly documented. You stay close to the work, and the day-to-day sits with us.

Once a week you receive a report: how many profiles are in which phase, what comes next, and how many hours have gone in. A clear status you can step into at any time.

How we bill

You are billed by effort, as an hourly rate or a fixed weekly retainer. Predictable and transparent. The fee is based on scope and on the number of roles, independent of the salary for the position filled. A senior search typically involves around 60 hours of work. With several openings running in parallel, capacity is shared, which lowers the effort per role. We set the actual price in the first conversation.

We earn from the work we deliver, so we advise you openly, including on the market situation for a role. We agree on the hourly framework together up front, and the weekly report shows you what the time went into.

Where the line to placement agencies sits

You remain the employer. You select and you hire, and the contract is between you and the person. We run your recruiting process in your name and on your behalf. Selection and decision stay with you.

The applications and all data sit with you, in your system. We work in your tools, build no pool of our own, and keep nothing. Pipeline, contacts, and experience stay inside your company, free of lock-in. What carries the whole process is a clear briefing and fast feedback from you. That is what we build on.
